Policy: Before sending a claim, understand our warranty only covers defects in materials or craftsmanship. Warranty does NOT cover:

1. Orders placed over 90 days ago, marked down or final sale items.

2. Any scratches or discoloration of your product(s) caused by natural wear and tear.

3. Any damages caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.

If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option. CYANCASE reserves the right to the final decisions.
