Refunds and Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day worry-free return policy for all products to assure all customers that we support our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we will first try to solve the problem or replace the product. If it is not possible, we will provide a full refund for the product.

Returns

- Return time: Our policy lasts 30days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

- Product conditions: Product conditions: Eligible for returns. All items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. For more details of Return Conditions.

- Contact info: Leave a message on "Contact Us" page at the bottom of the site, or send us email to support@cyancase.com before sending out the parcel for faster and better customer service.

- Return address: In any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple. It will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the office where we process returns. We will send you a mailing address after receiving your return request.

- Return charges: We will bear the return or exchange shipping fee for any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for return postage.

- Other charges: There are no other charges.

How do I return a product?
  1. Please contact the customer service team and provide your order number and photos of the received items.
  2. We will inform you after you apply for a request for returning through an email. We will process your request within 1-2 business days. 
  3. After receiving your return request, we will send you a mailing address. (Note: please do not mail back to the original address. The reason for this is explained in the Return address)
  4. Carefully choose the shipping company that provides tracking information, because CYANCASE is not responsible for lost goods.
Return Conditions
  • All items must be returned with their original boxes.
  • All items must be returned in one package.
  • Return/Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
  • We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US
  • Customized items cannot be returned.
  • The return/exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
  • Naturally, any faulty items can be returned.
  • We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

Refunds

- Refund conditions: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, notify you that we have received your returned parcel, and initiate a refund for you.

- Method of refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (to the original method of your payment).

- Refund time: You will receive the refund immediately or within 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued.

- Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be refunded together for any defective items. However, if you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you still haven't received your refund after 3 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.

Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account. After performing each of these steps, if you are certain the refund has not to be received, please contact us at support@cyancase.com.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped out, we will, unfortunately, be unable to cancel the order. But we do accept returns after you received the products.

Coupon Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total updated.
  • We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
  • Only one code can be used on a purchase.
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
