Refund & Exchange Policy - change

We have a 30-day worry-free return policy for all products to assure all customers that we support our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we will first try to solve the problem or replace the product. If it is not possible, we will provide a full refund for the product.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped out, we will, unfortunately, be unable to cancel the order.

Returns

Our returns policy covers 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For non-product quality issues, the return of the goods caused by the consumer, the freight will be borne by the consumer. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.

If a return happens due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the item you no longer want and place a new order for the item you desire. (Note: The return shipping cost are responsible for you). 

If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us with a photo, and we will reissue the product or give a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned with their original boxes.
  • All items must be returned in one package.
  • Return/Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
  • We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US
  • Customized items cannot be returned.
  • The return/exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
  • Naturally, any faulty items can be returned.
  • We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

How do I return a product?

  1. Please contact the customer service team directly and provide your order number and photos if the product you received was damaged. 
  2. We will inform you after you apply for a request for returning through an email. We will process your request within 1-2 business days
  3. After receiving your return request, we will send you a mailing address. (Note: please do not mail back to the original address. Any returning products shipped to the original address will not be processed or refunded unless otherwise agreed with our customer service team.)
  4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for all other returns so please choose a shipping carrier that provides tracking information as CYANCASE is not responsible for lost shipments. 
  5. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded the original price you paid for the item, plus any applicable tax within 1-2 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for Paypal credits and 3-5 business days for all other payment methods. We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the account used for payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you still haven't received your refund after 5 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.

Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account. After performing each of these steps, if you are certain the refund has not to be received, please contact us at support@cyancase.com.

Coupon Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total updated.
  • We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
  • Only one code can be used on a purchase.
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
