CYANCASE does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make payment and your information is confidential and never stored. We also integrate secure PayPal payments so you can always use your balance when making a purchase. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the majority of countries worldwide. You can select your region through the product page to check the estimated delivery time.

We're sorry because our sales price is close to the cost price, we cannot provide free shipping.
Our worldwide standard shipping cost is $3.99. Expedited shipping cost is $12.99
It typically takes 1-2 business days (up to 2 business days) to process your order and the expected normal delivery time is around 7-10 business days depends on the country. Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other carrier-related delays). If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, and any orders placed after 5 p.m. MST will be processed the following business day.
Please be aware that your address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address. We will help intercept your package, but if we failed, you need to bear the loss yourself.

Sometimes tracking links don't update daily, and can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated, don’t worry. Your package is still on it’s way to you and should update soon! If you do not see updates for more than 72 hours, please contact us here.
This kind of situation is rare, and it may be delayed or lost due to accidents during transportation. If you encounter this situation, please contact us within 3 days after the estimated delivery time, we will contact the logistics and provide a solution for you in time.
This happens from time to time as the carrier may have prematurely marked the package "delivered" before its arrival or delivered to the wrong location. We recommend checking with your neighbors and the local postal office first. If it's not found within 3 days after marked "delivered", please let us know here.
Please be sure to open up all the boxes first. We normally pack 2 cases in 1 box unless otherwise requested. If you have checked and the case is still not there, please contact us.
Please let us know within 60 days of purchase if your order is missing. We would be happy to follow up and investigate for you. Further arrangements will be facilitated. No refund for missing parcels if the initial date of such inquiry/request is beyond 60 days of purchase.
Returns
Please contact us online or via support@cyancase.com for help before the item shipped. If the item is shipped, please return it, the item must be in the same condition that you received it,no damage and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, then a full refund will be made.
If you wish to exchange for another item or believe that you've received a defected product, please contact us via support@cyancase.com. A customer success representative will reply to you within 1-2 business days to help resolve this issue.
Please check your order upon reception and contact us online or via support@cyancase.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can get to know what is the issue and make it right.

Product
Yes, we offer a 3-month limited warranty for CYANCASE-branded products purchased from our website, which covers one-time replacement of the same product. Within 3 months from the date of original purchase, if you discover a fault with your item(s), simply take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. Limitations of our Warranty:
1. Orders placed over 90 days ago, marked down or final sale items.
2. Any scratches or discoloration of your product(s) caused by natural wear and tear are not covered by our warranty.
3. Any damages caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications are not covered by our warranty.
4. No devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, etc.) other than CYANCASE-branded products are covered by our warranty.No replacements or refunds are applied to lost or stolen items.
5. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option. CYANCASE reserves the right to the final decisions.
CYANCASE has a huge selection of phone case types and tech accessories that are durable and functional without losing originality. Most cases are made of military-grade material that can withstand up to 6.6ft drop impact.
Our clear case is made from selected high-quality PC base plate + TPU frame, the material that is durable and malleable, so they’re easy to fit, and offer high protection. Clear TPU can turn yellow over time via a natural aging process due to color transference and chemical reactions when exposed to excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals. The level of yellowing completely depends on user habits and the environments in which the phone case is used. But because our materials contain L3 grade yellow-resistant material, the oxidation speed is much slower than other mobile phone cases on the market, so maintains the luster for a long time, and restores the true beauty of the real phone.

CYANCASE's products are made to order and hand-inspected from corner to corner to ensure high-quality products that you can count on. Phone cases made of shock-proof or drop-proof materials are usually test-certified for specific purposes. It depends on the individual's needs when choosing the best phone case for your device.

There may be a trapping heat when putting on the phone case but avoid opening too many applications on your device, overexposure to the sunlight and always keeping your device in a cool place can help reduce the risk of overheating.
